The family of a 10-year-old Vermont boy who is facing multiple surgeries wants to see how many get-well cards he can get.

A Cards For Jacob Facebook page says the cards would boost Jacob's spirits as he goes through the surgeries. While Jacob currently keeps the cards he receives in a shoe box, his family wants to make a collage on his wall as he gets more.

When news of Jacob’s mission reached the Orange Park Police Department in Florida, they decided to send him cards and they want others to do the same, WJXT reports.

Anyone wanting to send cards to Jacob should address them to 3894 VT RT 313W, Arlington, Vermont 05250.
