On Monday morning, Donald Trump's son, Eric Trump, went to a polling station in New York to proudly cast his vote for his father.
But what he did afterward is against the law in the state.
In a since-deleted tweet, Eric Trump posted a picture of his ballot with the caption, "It is an incredible honor to vote for my father. He will do such a great job for the USA. #MakeAmericaGreatAgain."
"A quick reminder to other New York voters: This is actually illegal. Please do not post a picture of your ballot (or a ballot selfie)," Electionland wrote in a tweet.
According to New York state law, residents are not allowed to share completed ballots with others or to photograph ballots in polling stations.

Despite petitions filed by three New Yorkers to be able to snap ballot selfies, Manhattan Federal Judge P. Kevin Castel ruled Thursday that such a law would "remove a principal guarantee of election integrity that has been in use and successful for 126 years."
