Police in Texas issued a citation Sunday to a Domino’s Pizza employee who assaulted a co-worker for revealing a spoiler to “Avengers: Endgame,” according to multiple reports.

Officers issued Justin Surface, 33, a citation for assault by contact after they were called around 6 p.m. Sunday to respond to report of an assault at the Domino's in Friendswood, authorities said in a police activity report.

"That's hilarious," an unidentified Domino's customer told KTRK-TV after the incident. "That just seems kind of insane to me."

Additional details on the incident were not immediately available.

The Houston Chronicle reported "Avengers: Endgame" set a record for having the biggest opening weekend at the box office, raking in $350 million domestically and $1.2 billion globally.
