A Disney employee was arrested on charges of sexual battery and kidnapping after a coworker told authorities that the man forced her into a custodial closet property and sexually battered her.

The victim told investigators that she resisted and tried to get away from Gideon Hunte, 49.

Authorities said the victim believes she was released because she would not stop yelling and resisting.

She returned to work and reported the incident, which happened on Disney property, to her supervisor, who then called authorities.

Orange County investigators found Hunte and arrested him.

Disney released a statement saying, "This is a law enforcement matter. He has been placed on unpaid leave, pending the outcome of the charges. We have zero tolerance for this type of alleged behavior."
