A Florida man was arrested on Friday after detectives said he killed a woman and proceeded to have sex with her corpse.
Timothy Frederick Johnson, of Pasco County, met Judith Therianos, 52, at a New Port Richey-area liquor store on the night of March 13, WFLA reports. Therianos, who was visiting a friend in the area, was then allegedly killed by Johnson and was found on April 7 in a wooded lot, WTSP added.
According to detectives, Johnson, 25, who was in a jail on an unrelated charge, admitted to another inmate that he killed Therianos, purchased some beer and then returned to the scene, where he had sex with her body before he cleaned up the crime, WTSP reports.
"This is a very sick individual. For what he did to Judith, for the acts he continued to perform, and that's why we're going to investigate to see if there's any other cases he may be linked to," Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco told WFLA.
Johnson was charged with premeditated murder.
