What began as a call to check out a body in a house turned into three dead. Cops say a woman came home to find one of her roommates dead and another, Debby Constantino, missing.
They traced Constantino's phone to an apartment across town. The Reno-Gazette Journal reported.
Police said Debby and her estranged husband Mark were inside the home, when Mark made an threatened “give me 15 minutes to gather my thoughts, or I'll kill her."
The paper writes Reno Deputy Police Chief Tom Robinson said, "upon arriving at the apartment, officers knocked on the door and heard several shots fired."
Cops say they tried negotiating but eventually used explosives to enter the apartment where they found Mark and Debby dead from gunshot wounds.
Investigators say they aren’t looking for a suspect but won’t rule out any possibilities.
The couple had a history of domestic problems, and Debby had recently filed for a protective order against her estranged husband.
They had found fame on the reality television show "Ghost Adventures," which is broadcast on the Travel Channel, The Detroit Free Press reported.
