The Cinco De mayo tussle was over a woman, and it landed Michael Flaig in jail. "Mr. Flaig had blood shot eyes, slurred words and a strong odor of (alcohol) coming from his person," documents showed.

A report from WBAL says as Flaig was being arrested, he told cops he was a police officer.

Reports say, “the bitee actually got the better of him in the fist fight. After we broke them up is when he disclosed he'd been bitten in the testicles."

"He was upset," witness Thomas Bourne told TV11. "He was bleeding in his area after it happened."

Flaig faces charges of second-degree assault and public intoxication. Investigators didn’t find the other man involved in the fracas.

The Baltimore Police Department released a statement saying, “these charges are disturbing, and we have an obligation as police officers to conduct ourselves in a professional manner on and off-duty."
