The wife of a U.S. Marine who was killed in a Black Hawk helicopter crash in North Carolina found out She's having a boy.
Staff Sgt. Kerry Kemp and 10 other military personnel were killed when fog caused the pilots to become disoriented, lose control and crash on Pensacola Beach, Fla. in March, according to a military report.
The baby is expected on Veterans Day.
Just three weeks ago Channel 9 reported on a company that's helping raise money so Kemp's wife, 1-year-old daughter and unborn son can stay in their home.
Movement Mortgage's organization VERG has raised nearly $100,000 but the goal is $250,000 by July 4.
VERG will be hosting a live auction on its Facebook page from Monday through Friday.
