6 children taken to hospital after camel gets spooked at circus

Six children were taken to a hospital Sunday after a camel got spooked during the Shrine Circus at PPG Paints Arena.

Video sent to Channel 11 appears to show a camel running out of the ring with at least one person clinging to its back.

Several witnesses claim there were both children and adults on the back of a camel when it became spooked.

None of the kids were seriously hurt, but they were taken to an area hospital as a precaution.
