Police arrested Jonathan Ford, Arlando Griffin, Rashad Levels and Gardner-Webb University student Amber Yow.

Police said all were involved in a break-in on Cabaniss Farm Drive but it was Levels who tried to kick in the back door.

Police said Levels ran away when he spotted a homeowner inside.

A police dog found Levels hiding in a hole he dug along a creek bank.

The hole collapsed on him and he was bitten by the dog.

Police caught up to the other three in a car several miles away.
