A beer can was thrown through a driver’s vehicle windshield during rush hour Monday along a New Mexico highway.
"I had looked down for my sunglasses, put my sunglasses on. Next thing I know, a beer can had come crashing through my window," Chris Lock told KOB. "I was covered in glass from head to toe."
Lock reported the incident to investigators.
"He said that there have been some situations that have been going on. He had it happen to himself back in November," Lock said.
The New Mexico State Police told KOB the culprit could face criminal charges.
