The team has one more hurdle to overcome, to win it all and take the title when it plays Puerto Rico Wednesday night in the final game, according to Bleacher Report.

Team USA won 2-1 thanks to RBIs from the Pittsburgh Pirates’ Andrew McCutchen and the Baltimore Orioles’ Adam Jones.

Japan was undefeated in the tournament until Tuesday night.

According to ESPN, Japan had scored 46 runs in six games before Tuesday's game.

Japan won the series in 2006 and 2009. The U.S. had never made it to the finals.

If you want to watch the game, it will be broadcast on MLB Network or on MLB.tv starting at 9 p.m. ET.
