An Arizona man is accused of fatally stabbing his twin brother Friday night, authorities said.

Christian Piedra, 27, of Phoenix, was arrested and booked into a Maricopa County jail on suspicion of second-degree murder, the Arizona Republic reported.

According to police, Piedra got into an argument with his brother, Bryan Piedra, at their Phoenix apartment shortly after 10 p.m., KNXV reported.

Bryan Piedra was taken to an area hospital, where he later died from his injuries, Phoenix Police Detective Luis A. Samudio told the television station.

Samudio said Christian Piedra was taken into custody without incident. The cause of the dispute is under investigation, KNXV reported
