A Tennessee Apple store employee is a hero to one mother and son duo.
While shopping for a new iPad, 9-year-old James ran hard into a glass wall at the Apple store at the Mall at Green Hills.
James' mother, LynnMarie Rink, was afraid she'd see her child severely hurt, WVEC reported.
But James was just a little disoriented and quickly started watching shoppers pass by.
What happened next is surprised LynnMarie.
Andrew Wall, a store employee, sat down on the floor next to them, asking how he could help.
Rink asked if she could complete her purchase for her son, but on the floor to keep James calm.
Wall agreed, getting the new gadget ready for James.
Wall then sat on the floor and showed James how to use his new tablet.
Rink said, "As a special needs parent, you don't know what you're going to encounter. Just meet me right where I am. Don't make me stand up or stand out. We know we're not normal, but we try to be. And he just sat on the floor with us."
"Dear Apple Store, Green Hills, I’m writing to let you know how great your employee (pictured in this photo) was to me...
