The Big Texan Steak Ranch has held the contest for years. Hundreds have downed the meal, but Molly Schuyler went two steaks further.

A huge crowd watched as the petite mother of four gobbled down three giant hunks of beef and trimmings.

“We’ve seen a lot of things come through these doors but Molly, she takes the cake,” Big Texas co-owner Bobby Lee Amarillo.com.

Schuyler began on a fourth steak but stopped. She told the paper she could have gone on but was tired of the taste, not full. “I’m still fat though, look at my belly,” Schuyler chuckled.

This isn’t the first-time Schuyler has broken eating records. Last January she pocketed $22,000 after crushing 363 wings in 30 minutes at a Philadelphia event.
