Florida Sen. Marco Rubio revealed GOP rival Donald Trump’s lack of international relations experience during Thursday’s Republican debate hosted by CNN.

While responding to a question about whether or not Cuba should remain diplomatically open to the United States, Trump said he would have to hammer out a "much better deal," with the country.

"We have to have a good deal," he said. "We have to get rid of all the litigation that's going to happen. ... I want to do something but it's got to be done intelligently, we have to make a good deal. ... Right now everything is in Cuba's favor."

Lots of dealing.

A confused Rubio wanted to know where Cuba would be suing us, but comforted Trump saying “if they sue us in a court in Miami they’re going to lose.”

The comment, at 1:50, was cheered wildly by the audience and the Twitterverse.
