Police with the Travis County Sheriff’s Office say several boats have sunk and officials are responding to “many boats in distress” at a lake parade in support of President Donald Trump.

A spokesperson for the department confirmed the news to KVUE in Austin, Texas, on Saturday. They said in addition to boats being in distress, multiple boats are sinking on Lake Travis.

The station reported that more than 2,000 people said they went to the event, according to a Facebook page for the event.

CBS Austin reported 911 calls came in about boats at various points of the parade route. Calls began coming in at 1:20 p.m., KVUE reported.

Austin-Travis County EMS confirmed to KVUE there were no reports of injuries.

There have been similar Trump Boat Parades across the country, including in New Jersey, California and here in Georgia at Lake Allatoona. Other boat parades in support of Trump are planned for Labor Day weekend at lakes in Ohio, Maryland and Massachusetts, among other places.
