Four students were injured Monday morning in a North Carolina school bus crash.

The accident happened about 7:20 a.m. when the school bus was en route to North Johnston Middle School near Kenly, North Carolina, according to CBS17.

Law enforcement officials said 26 students were on board, and four were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

School and transportation officials are at the scene and said the crash was not the fault of the school bus driver.
