A Fort Pierce man claimed a $500,000 prize in the 20X CROSSWORD Scratch-Off game, the Florida Lottery announced Friday, according to TCPalm.com.

Jackie Fisher, 68, purchased the $5 ticket from Merchant Discount in the 6100 block of South U.S. 1, which is at Easy Street.

Fisher used a secured drop box at the West Palm Beach District Office to claim the prize, TCPalm.com reported, citing the Florida Lottery.
