A death certificate for Alex Trebek shows the “Jeopardy!” host’s remains were cremated, according to The Blast.

The gossip site reported that according to the death certificate it obtained, Trebek’s cause of death was listed as pancreatic cancer. His profession is listed as “quiz show host.”

The document also shows Trebek’s wife, Jean Trebek, has his cremated remains in her Los Angeles home.

Trebek died at age 80 over a year after he revealed his pancreatic cancer diagnosis.
