Four students at North Carolina A&T in Greensboro are being treated for injuries after an off-campus shooting Wednesday afternoon.

In an advisory posted on Twitter, the university said the shooting took place at an apartment complex in west Greensboro.

Greensboro police spokesperson Ron Glenn told Fox 8 in Greensboro that the shooting was reported about 4 p.m.

Students are being treated at area hospitals, the station reported.

Two suspects, including the alleged shooter, have been taken into custody.

“The A&T Counseling Center is available to assist any students who may need it,” the university said in a tweet. “Students may reach the Counseling Center at 336-334-7727.”

Police are investigating, CBS 17 in Raleigh, North Carolina, reported.
