The Georgia Motorcycle Safety Program (GMSP) is offering mobile motorcycle license testing at the Gold Wing Road Riders Awareness event at Cumming Marketplace on Sept. 21, Rob Mikell, commissioner of the Georgia Department of Driver Services has announced. This takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1250 Marketplace Boulevard in Cumming.
