The Milton Public Works Department and Milton Grows Green are sponsoring a bulky trash amnesty day from 8 a.m. to noon, March 16. Milton and Roswell residents can bring items to the Roswell Public Works Division, 1810 Hembree Road, Roswell. Proof of residency will be required, and utility bills are preferred.

Sponsors are asking for donations of gently-worn shoes to help fund Milton’s Community Wildlife Habitat Project.

Other items accepted include: sofas, rimless car tires, tables, refrigerators, chairs, washers, dryers, electronics and TVs.
