Investigators have not yet identified the man struck and killed by a train in College Park, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office said Sunday.
The man, believed to be in his 50s or 60s, was hit near Roosevelt and Old National highways just before midnight Saturday, according to police.
The man was walking on the train tracks with his back to the oncoming train and did not move when the train’s conductor blew the horn, police told Channel 2 Action News. He was not carrying identification.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact College Park police.
