Man killed in Canton rollover wreck

A man was killed Wednesday afternoon after being ejected in a single-vehicle wreck in Cherokee County, according to police.

The man, whose name was not released, was driving a Ford Explorer on Bluffs Parkway, just south of the county’s administration building, when investigators believe he left the roadway around 3:50 p.m., Lt. Jeff Tucker with Canton police said.

The SUV overturned and the driver was ejected, Tucker said. The man was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
