When Atlanta police responded to the shooting in the 1000 block of Welch Street around 11 p.m., they found the three victims with multiple gunshot wounds. All three were taken to a hospital, but Hall and Cortez Watkins died the night of the incident, police said. Bernard Watkins died as a result of his injuries Oct. 25.

Investigators determined on Nov. 16 that Way was involved in the shooting.

Coordinating with U.S marshals, local authorities located and arrested him in Ellenwood. Way will be taken to the Fulton County jail, according to the post.
