Man arrested in bank robbery, suspected in others
Police arrested a man Friday evening who’s considered a suspect in 25 robberies across metro Atlanta.
Artavius Marcellus Brown, 23, of Atlanta is facing a federal bank robbery charge for allegedly robbing a PNC Bank in Tucker, Atlanta police Sgt. Greg Lyon said.
“Brown is also believed to be responsible for robberies at 24 Family Dollar stores throughout metro Atlanta,” Lyon said.
Brown was found hiding in a home on Thomasville Drive and taken into custody without incident, police said.
