A Forsyth County man was arrested over the weekend after a father said he noticed the 26-year-old holding his cellphone underneath a girl’s dress outside North Point Mall.

Now, Alpharetta police are warning there could be additional victims, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Juan Rodriguez told the news station he was at the mall with his wife when he saw the man, identified by police as Cumming resident Dominique Glenn Brace, bend down and pretend to tie his shoe. He started filming when he realized the man placed his cellphone under the girl’s dress, he said.

“I told my wife, ‘Look, he’s doing something wrong,’” Rodriguez told Channel 2. “I saw him (go) down like he was going to tie his shoe but at that moment, I saw his phone and I was like, ‘He’s not tying his shoes.'"

The father of four said he thought about confronting the man, but decided to tell the girl’s mother what he witnessed instead. She called the police and Brace was arrested on one count of peeping Tom, according to Fulton County Jail records.

Alpharetta police spokesman Officer Jeff Ross said Brace may have “upskirted” several women. Police seized the man’s cellphone and laptop and are working to identify other possible victims, the news station reported.

“This is huge,” Ross said. “Without testimony of the complainant and the witness, this could be a case where this guy got video footage of females and left completely unnoticed," he said.

Rodriguez told the news station he believes he did the right thing by alerting the girl’s mother.

Brace was granted a $5,000 bond in the case, but he remained behind bars Friday afternoon, online jail records show.
