Following a public hearing, the Duluth City Council voted to approve a zoning change from general business property to a planned unit development district to allow for construction of a gated residential subdivision off Rogers Bridge Road near Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

The townhome development will consist of 51 attached single-family dwellings along with amenities such as a pool, cabana, sidewalks and green space. Access to the development would be from Rogers Bridge Road across from Olde Towne.

Approval came with a number of conditions. A sight distance survey conducted in conjunction with Gwinnett County DOT will be required prior to the city issuing any development permits.
