Zoning board to hear U-Haul’s variance request
U-Haul is asking to remove the limit of rental cars on site.
The Union City zoning board of appeals will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Monday Jan.16 in city council chambers of city hall, 5047 Union St., to consider a variance request by U-Haul International, Inc., located at Feldwood Road and South Royal Parkway.
U-Haul is asking to remove the limit of 20 rental vehicles on site and to allow for a multi-story storage facility.
