The price tag of the most expensive home in Gwinnett County is almost as jawdropping as its number of bathrooms — 14; but the Rose Hill estate is not the only Gwinnett home with a multimillion-dollar price tag on the market this week.

According to Zillow.com, a frequented real estate website, Gwinnett's top five homes all exceed more than $4 million and spread across several Gwinnett cities.

The least expensive of Gwinnett's top five most expensive homes costs more than 20 times the average home price of $206,000, according to the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
