The opening of a Zaxby's in Snellville has been pushed back at least a month from an earlier target date.

The fast-food chain, which will be located at 1780 Scenic Highway, is now slated to open at the end of September, according to a spokesperson.

In addition to Zaxby's, other Snellville-area restaurants to look forward to include the county's first Cook-Out and a proposed Cracker Barrel.

But for those looking for new dining options now, check out the recently-opened Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers near Ga. 124 and Pharrs Road or the Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill in the Village at the Mall of Georgia.
