It’s almost time to send the kids back to school.

Forsyth County invites parents and students out for middle school open house on July 30 and elementary school open house on July 31. There is no open house scheduled for high schools in the county, according to Forsyth County schools calendar.

Here is information you need to know for the 2018-2019 school year.

  • Fall  Break: Sep. 24-28
  • Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 19-23
  • Winter Break: Dec. 21 - Jan 7
  • Spring Break: April 1-5
  • Last day of school: May 24
