19-year-old shot in DeKalb County

A 19-year-old was in critical condition after being shot Tuesday afternoon in DeKalb County.
The man, whose name was not released, was involved in a "street transaction" in the 2900 block of Monterey Drive, near Memorial Drive, according to Pamela Kunz, spokeswoman for DeKalb County police.
The man was shot in a dispute and transported to a local hospital, Kunz said.
Detectives have several leads in the case, Kunz said.
