Atlanta resident Lindsay Resnick will compete on “Jeopardy!” Tuesday night.

The 26-year-old, who grew up in Long Island and moved to Roswell at age 14, auditioned more than three years ago in Savannah but didn’t find out she was selected until September. Filming the show in late October, she said, left her “thrilled to have achieved a dream” she’s had for years.

"The experience was the greatest of my life," the Breman Museum archivist said in an email. Resnick also works as the teen program coordinator at the Marcus Jewish Community Center in Dunwoody.

Resnick's favorite part about being on the show was getting to know other contestants "quite well" and making "wonderful friends," she said. She'll watch the 7:30 p.m. episode at a viewing party set up by a co-worker.

The Brookwood resident said she has graduated from Centennial High School, Georgia Tech and  Georgia State University.
