Work will close lanes on Ga. 316 June 3-6

Work on Ga. 316 will mean lane closures from 9 p.m. June 3 until 5 a.m. June 6.
Crews will resurface the highway’s eastbound lanes from I-85 to Sugarloaf Parkway. The contractor will close one of the two lanes at a time to remove and replace the asphalt and stripe the lanes.
Delays are expected and will likely affect I-85 northbound traffic. The Georgia Department of Transportation urges motorists to avoid the area.
