Woodstock Visitors Center closed for renovations

The Woodstock Visitors Center on Main Street downtown will be closed for renovations through mid February, according to the Woodstock Convention and Visitors Bureau.
While the storefront center at 8588 Main is closed, brochures and informational material will be available in the lobby of City Center, 8534 Main St.
The Visitors Center has more than 14,000 visitors a year, is a Georgia Regional Visitor Information Center and is ordinarily staffed by two Georgia certified travel planners. It has historical displays, brochures and a gift shop.
While it is closed, items normally purchased there, including Downtown Dollars accepted for purchases at local businesses, can be ordered online at: http://squ.re/2CZTguv.
