Victoria Hill, the 2019 Miss Georgia, will open the ceremony by singing “The Star-Spangled Banner,” followed by Cub Scout Pack 625 leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Donnie Henriques will share a welcome statement and read his Memorial Day 2020 Proclamation.

American Legion Post 316 and Marine Corps League Woodstock Detachment No. 1311 will perform ceremonies and readings. Prayers will be offered by pastors of Momentum Church. A wreath will be placed at the city memorial, and doves, released to conclude the ceremony.
