The Woodstock City Council has approved a list of five streets to be resurfaced and striped, using state grant funds, for the March-June 2018 period.

The grant application to the Georgia Department of Transportation lists Dupree Road from Goshen Lane to Creekwood Drive, $150,000; Main Street from Towne Lake Parkway to Rope Mill Road and turn lane, $100,000; and Oak Street from Main to Market Street, $25,000.

Also, Wall Street from Mill Street to Towne Lake, $25,000; and Main from Serenade Lane to Dupree Road (variable, based upon bid level accepted), $64,000.

The work is to be funded out of the GDOT Local Maintenance & Improvement Grant program.
