The Woodstock City Council has awarded a $349,250 contract to resurface 19 streets totaling 2.6 miles in the Deer Run North subdivision.

East Coast Grading Inc. submitted the lowest responsive, responsible bid of six received for the project, staff said in a report to the council. The work includes milling, asphalt paving, striping and traffic control. All work is to be completed within 60 days after the notice to proceed, according to the contract.

Streets to be repaved are Yonah Circle, Dragging Canoe, Old Tassel Court, New Echota Way, Rattler Court, Middle Valley Lane, Talula Court, Dream Catcher Drive, Overhill Drive, Overhill Court, Honey Springs Drive, Ridge Crossing Drive, Crow View Court, Pine Bluff Court, Deer Cliff Court, Raven Mocker Lane, Horseshoe Bend, Beaver Creek Lane and Old Settlers Court.
