An Atlanta woman has been arrested in connection with an overnight fatal shooting.

The shooting happened about 2:30 a.m. Friday inside a house on Clifton Road off Flat Shoals Road in southeast Atlanta.

Police are charging Victoria Rickman, 30, with murder and felony murder and are accusing her of shooting a 31-year-old male several times inside her home.

“We don’t believe they lived together,” Atlanta police Capt. Paul Guerrucci told Channel 2 Action News. “They do know each other, but we still haven’t determined their exact relationship.”

Detectives have not said what led to the shooting, and the victim has not been identified.

The investigation continues.
