"Anyone with information on the identity of the person pictured is urged to contact Crime Stoppers," Maj. Stephen Fore of DeKalb County police said in a news release.

Tips can be submitted anonymously to the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-TIPS (8477), online www.crimestoppersatlanta.org or by texting CSA and the tip to CRIMES (274637). Even anonymous tipsters can be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
