Atlanta police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found Wednesday morning in front of a West End business.

According to police, the woman, believed to be between 50 and 60 years old, was discovered dead shortly after 8 a.m., wrapped in a blanket outside a finance company in the 600 block of Lee Street.

Police spokesman John Chafee said the cause of death had not been determined.
