Warrants released Thursday give new details into the death of 24-year-old Taylor Bins in DeKalb County.

She died last Tuesday around 7 or 8 a.m. on Hitt Lake Trail off Rockbridge Road outside Stone Mountain. The documents, obtained through a records request, say witnesses told police the suspect, Jason Leroy Brown, 34, came looking for the victim about a watch.

While arguing with her about it, he began to beat her and dragged her down the stairs and into the street, the warrants allege. Along the way, it appeared Bins had a seizure and died.

The suspect's relationship to the victim hasn't been released, but warrants call the case one of family violence. Brown is said to have left the scene but was booked into jail Wednesday on a murder charge.

He remained jailed without bond Thursday.

Further details weren’t immediately available.
