Atlanta police on Wednesday released the name, description and photo of a second suspect in connection with the armed robbery of an 85-year-old woman who was duct-taped in her southwest Atlanta apartment.

Mechannon Shante Banard, 21, is wanted for armed robbery and aggravated assault, police said. She is known to frequent the 4400 block of Glenwood Road in Decatur, authorities said.

The other suspect, 22-year-old Reginald Seaborn, was arrested Tuesday afternoon. He is charged with aggravated assault, armed robbery and burglary, and is being held in Fulton County Jail, APD spokesman Sgt. Curtis Davenport said.

Seaborn and Banard are accused of breaking into the 85-year-old woman's home Saturday night. The woman allegedly was threatened with a knife and bound with duct tape before two flat-screen televisions were stolen.

Banard, a black female, is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
