February 14 was a Johns Creek lottery player’s lucky day. Their winning numbers came up in the Mega Millions drawing held on Valentine’s Day for a ticket worth $10,000. The ticket was purchased at Publix Super Market located at 9925 Haynes Bridge Road.

As of Tuesday morning, the winner had not claimed their prize, according to a statement from Georgia Lottery. Their ticket matched the first four winning numbers with the Mega Ball. The numbers drawn were 10-32-48-54-55 and the Mega Ball was 18.

The winner has 180 days from the draw date to claim the prize money.

According to Georgia Lottery, since it was started in 1992, more than $21.6 billion in unclaimed funds have been returned to the state for education. All Georgia Lottery profits are used to fund specific educational programs, including Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia’s pre-K Program.
