A winning Fantasy 5 ticket for the Dec. 1 drawing was sold at a Publix in Roswell. Whoever holds the ticket has won $569,989.

The winning numbers for the drawing are 7-15-16-21-30. The ticket was sold at the Publix on 885 Woodstock Road.
The winner has 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim his or her prize. In this case, that means you have until May 30, 2019.
