It started with a call about stolen underwear and laundry detergent, and evolved into a carjacking and wild police chase.

And it was all caught on camera.

Channel 2 Action News reported the incident began at the Wal-Mart store on Pleasant Hill Road. In the video, Duluth police Officer Byung Kang can be seen attempting to pull over a blue Honda. Then, as he approaches, the suspectlater identified as Naquan Brandtpushes the innocent driver out the vehicle and speeds off.

Video shows the chase continuing on Steve Reynolds Boulevard and up onto a sidewalk before Brandt allegedly pulls into a subdivision, ditches the car and escapes.

Brandt remains on the lam, Channel 2 reported. Watch the video above.
