A Marietta man is dead and his wife has been charged with his murder, Cobb County police said Monday.

Cobb officers responded to a call at 2998 Clearbrook Dr. in Marietta on Saturday and found that 36-year-old Thomas Krebsbach had been shot, said Officer Joseph Hernandez.

Krebsbach was transported to the hospital for treatment, but he later died as a result of his injuries.

Stacey Mandeville, 39, has been charged with murder.

Mandeville is currently being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond.
