Which county's high schools had the most 'Georgia Scholars'?

March 28, 2016

The Georgia Department of Education recently announced its list of 2016 Georgia Scholars, 151 graduating seniors from throughout the state who have "achieved excellence in school and community life."

"These students have worked extremely hard and have engaged with all aspects of the educational process, with the result that they are truly ready to learn, ready to live and ready to lead," State School Superintendent Richard Woods said in the announcement.

Many of the students honored are from metro Atlanta -- including a whopping 27 from Gwinnett County Public Schools and 16 from Cobb. Check out the full list below to see how your child's school district is represented.
